ACT 7 is the seventh annual AIDS Network Cycles Together, the Wisconsin AIDS Ride, to raise funds and awareness for AIDS Network. Our goals are to provide a ride that is a substantial challenge for all levels of riders, but is at the same time fun and safe. Educate the community, raise awareness, and teach tolerance about HIV/AIDS. And finally, raise the highest possible return to AIDS Network.
ACT 7 will cover four days and 300 miles on a bike. The riders are 100% supported before and during the ride.
Some notes about registration:
Rider and crew registration fees are both $70. If you would like to register as a day volunteer (no registration fee), please contact the AIDS Network Volunteer Coordinator at 608-252-6540 x26 or mfetzko@aidsnetwork.org.
New this year is the option to choose your jersey style - we're offering the same great design on FOUR different styles: Mens and Womens style short-sleeve club jerseys and Mens and Womens style sleeveless club jerseys.
When registering, you will be asked at the bottom of the form to pre-select a jersey style and size. Answer the question ONLY if you plan on raising the minimum $1,600 (for riders) to earn it. Crew, only answer the question if you want a jersey instead of a Crew sweatshirt at the $400 incentive level. If the rider or crew can not raise the minimum needed, you will be obligated to purchase the jersey for $60. This is the only way we are able to offer you such amazing options because it will help us eliminate waste if we know the correct amount at the time we order them.
Some notes about Teams:
As a rider, whether you are registering as an individual or creating or joining a team, you are still required to raise the minimum of $1,200. Crewmembers do not have a required minimum, but we do recommend you set a personal goal of at least $200. If you do join a team, know that donors are not able to donate to a team as a whole, but only to individuals within the team.
